FEES AND CONTRIBUTIONS
Our Round packages start from a minimum weekly subscription of $10. This $10 package runs on a monthly series and a 3 month series. The second weekly package of $50 also has the 1 month and 3 month option. The last package of $1000 per week is only limited to a month. These fees are required to sign up for the MadyoZW Round with and to ensure that the Round account remains open. The contributions by each member will be dependent on the Package opted for. It remains the responsibility of the members of the Round Group to ensure that all information provided is correct. The opening of a Round account with MadyoZW is subject to an application form being completed and approved by each member.

MEMBERS
The MadyoZW Round Groups must consist of a minimum of 5 members and a maximum of 10 members. It is the responsibility of all members to ensure that the information they provide is correct as per the application form. Members will be required to abide by the Round’s system. The MadyoZW team has to be notified of any changes to the application in writing within a 24 hour notice period. Any changes should be communicated to the MadyoZW team in writing by the persons nominated to act on behalf of the Round Group. Changes may include but are not limited to; change of membership, change of system, addition of members. You must provide accurate information on application forms, instructions communicated to the MadyoZW team and any other documents.
NON-PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
Non-payment by a member remains the responsibility of the Round Group. The centralised MadyoZW team will contact the designated parties of the Round Group regarding non-payment by members. The account will be closed should the minimum required amount of the Round packages opted for is not paid. We reserve the right to close the account without notice. Should all nominated signatories wish to close the MadyoZW Round account, written notice must be provided to the MadyoZW Team. Any reimbursement of monies will be reconciled against statements. Any reimbursement will be refunded to members of the Round Group as outlined.
STATEMENTS
MadyoZW will communicate a statement each week to all members of the Round Group.
AUTOMATIC OPT IN
All members who sign up as members of the MadyoZW Round Packages will automatically opt in to weekly marketing and statement update, through electronic direct mailers to their WhatsApp through our Bot at the time of sign-up.
MEETINGS
Meetings remain the responsibility of the Round Group and Constant updates on group member’s WhatsApp groups. MadyoZW representatives will be included in the selected group’s WhatsApp group platform of the Round Group. 2 weeks’ notice period is required for MadyoZW representative to attend a meeting were necessary. Attendance will not be guarantee and can be subject to postponement.
OUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The MadyoZW team provides the Round groups and its’ members with the platform to save.
All contributions are managed by the centralised MadyoZW team until the Round Packages are ready. Our responsibility remains (and the Round Group expressively permits us to) manage all contributions made by members of the Round club. Our responsibility is to ensure that the account for the Round Group is managed in line with the terms & conditions outlined. MadyoZW will communicate with members by preferred method of communication and will send weekly statements. Statements can be requested at any time. (Contact MadyoZW centralized Round Packages team leader for feedback). It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they familiarise themselves with our full terms & conditions. Any misapprehension with regards to the terms and conditions should be clarified with MadyoZW prior to completing the application.
